Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return regardless of circumstance. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • I received damaged or incorrect items

- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not continue to use the item(s) you would like to return until you hear back from us.

Depending on the circumstance, we may choose to issue a return label, send replacement parts (strings, pads and bearings), and/or ask you to troubleshoot the issue by perform some routine maintenance.

  • I don't like the item I ordered

- Got the wrong item for you? As long as it’s in undamaged condition we can exchange or refund your purchase. If it’s a "change your mind situation" you will need to pay for the return shipping to us, for an exchange, we can cover the ship back out to you. We do not offer this as a free rental or trial service so please be reasonable or we will implement a 20% restocking fee.

  • Non-returnable items

- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), strings and gift cards. New items that are damaged by you such as damage to finish or loss of precision are not eligible for return.
